Your home is an expression of your tastes and the centerpiece is usually the kitchen.  Please allow me the honour of letting the full potential shine through.

I am a professional chef with a career spanning over 30 years and a member of the Canadian Personal Chef Alliance.

For about the same price as going out for dinner, I will come into your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests, while you enjoy their company and fulfill your hosting obligations.  We will discuss the menu in advance and I will bring everything I need to prepare the meal. I will serve the meal on your dishes and leave the kitchen clean when I am finished.

I use fresh and locally sourced (whenever possible) ingredients and all dishes are made from scratch in your home. Your guests will marvel at how wonderful everything smells, including my homemade bread that will be baked in your oven.

You can serve the wines you like the most with no mark up, or you can break out those treasures you have hidden in the wine cellar. If desired I can pair the dinner with an appropriate wine.

No hassles with parking, reservations, and no loud and obnoxious table next to you (or at least no one complaining if you are loud and obnoxious).
